Worried About Scam

Q: Your company sounds amazing and too good to be true; we don't have stuff like this in USA (Canada, England, France, Germany, Italy, Japan...). I am worried that this is a scam, and I don't want to send any money in advance. / The only possibility I see is that I pay 50% of the amount in advance and 50% after the arrival of the maid. If this is not possible, I have to cancel. / If I transfer the money, how can I be sure to meet your maid?
